SportWest is pleased to offer an upcoming Mental Health First Aid course for SportWest Members, delivered in partnership with Happiness Co. This training provides participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to support others who may be experiencing a mental health problem or crisis.
Participants must attend all sessions to receive accreditation.
