Mental Health & Wellbeing Initiative

Promoting proactive mental health and wellbeing in community sport.

The Mental Health and Wellbeing Initiative supports sporting organisations in Western Australia to respond to mental health incidents and promote proactive mental health and wellbeing in community sport. Based on funding provided by both the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport and The Mental Health Commission, the initiative has been developed in conjunction with a mental health training specialist, utilising the expertise of a clinical psychologist from The Mental Health Project.
