Are you passionate about making sport better for children and young people in Western Australia?
SportWest is seeking expressions of interest from young people aged 14-25 years to join our Voices of Children and Young People Advisory Group.
This is a unique opportunity to share your experiences, contribute ideas and help shape projects, programs and initiatives that impact children and young people across the WA sporting sector.
We're looking for young people from a range of backgrounds and experiences, including:
- First Nations communities
- Culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
- People living with disability
- Regional and remote WA communities
- Girls and women
- Participants from all levels of sport
Whether you're a state athlete, community sport participant, volunteer, coach, official, administrator or emerging sporting leader, we want to hear from you.
What's involved?
Members will participate in online sessions throughout the year, providing feedback and sharing perspectives on issues, opportunities and challenges affecting children and young people in sport.
