This transition strengthens our commitment to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of employees and volunteers across the True Sport network, delivering expanded services and improved accessibility across Western Australia.
What’s Included in the New EAP & VAP
The new program continues to provide comprehensive, confidential support, with an enhanced range of services designed to meet personal, professional, and wellbeing needs.
Key features include:
- Up to six (6) free and confidential counselling sessions per person
- Access for both employees and volunteers
- Support for personal and work-related concerns
- 24/7, 365-day critical incident response support via phone
- Flexible appointment options including:
- Phone
- Online
- Face-to-face (where available across the state)
- Workplace wellbeing programs and initiatives
- Practical support services, including:
- Nutrition guidance
- Exercise support
- Financial advice
- Access to the AltiusLife digital wellbeing platform
- An online dashboard to easily book, access, and manage services

Supporting a Smooth Transition
To assist organisations in rolling out the new program, True Sport has developed a suite of resources, including:
- A PeopleSense Welcome Brochure
- A customised EAP onboarding pack (with communication templates and launch guidance)
- A booking poster to promote easy access to services
These resources are designed to help organisations raise awareness and encourage engagement with the program.

This transition enhances the True Sport Mental Health and Wellbeing Initiative by delivering:
- Stronger service coverage across metropolitan, regional, and remote WA
- Access to a larger network of qualified professionals

Transition Arrangements
To ensure continuity of care:
- Current users may continue with Access Wellbeing Services until 17 June 2026
- All new appointments from today will be delivered by PeopleSense by Altius
