The True Sport team had the privilege of presenting to the South West Regional Network on True Sport, with a focus on sideline behaviour and fostering a culture of respect in sporting clubs.
Delivered in partnership with Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport and the South West Regional Services team, this one-hour workshop brought together State Sporting Associations, local government representatives, club leaders, and volunteers to explore True Sport’s three key initiatives:
- Mental Health and Wellbeing
- Child Safeguarding
- Sideline Behaviour
The session also provided practical supports for regional sporting communities, helping to create safer, more inclusive environments in sport.
