Upcoming Event – Creating Positive Sidelines: A Workshop for WA Sporting Clubs

Spectators cheering from sideline

SportWest, in partnership with the WA State Government, is inviting clubs to join the Club Respect Workshop, delivered as part of the True Sport Sideline Behaviour Initiative. This practical session is designed to support clubs ahead of the winter season by building confidence, consistency and capability around positive sideline behaviour.

Delivered by subject-matter expert, Tarik Bayrakli from Club Respect, the workshop provides clear, actionable guidance to help clubs strengthen their culture from the ground up. Using the A.W.E.S.O.M.E. Framework (“The Game Plan”), participants will assess their current club environment and walk away with practical tools and achievable steps to embed stronger values, expectations and respectful behaviours across their organisation.
