True Sport is proud to partner with Swimming WA to deliver the True Sport – Club Respect Workshop on Wednesday 11 March 2026, supporting clubs to strengthen culture, improve sideline behaviour, and create safer, more positive sporting environments.

What the Workshop Covers

Participants will be guided through the True Sport A.W.E.S.O.M.E. Framework (“The Game Plan”), working through real‑world scenarios and practical strategies that can be applied in any sport. The session focuses on:

• Strengthening sideline behaviour and managing expectations
• Building positive relationships between committees, coaches, athletes and spectators
• Creating clear, aligned standards for behaviour
• Implementing simple actions that improve culture immediately
